A healthy breakfast is a great way to start the day. Recently I tried the combination of Apple and Peanut Butter. The fiber, proteins and fats from this two keeps me fuller for longer time and it avoids the unnecessary snacking in between breakfast and lunch.

Apple - 140 gms (1 Medium)
Peanut Butter (Creamy) - 30 gms (Link)
1. Cut the apple and spread it on a plate/bowl
2. Add creamy peanut butter with a spoon
Mix the contents and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
